Looking for Eaton M62 for a Holden rear drive I'm doing a rear drive conversion/hybrid on a Dodge Charger and wondering if Holden made a series I SC 3800 M62? If they did does anyone in ausyland have one lying around in good condition or at least in rebuildable shape?

I've never seen a rear drive.

What I meant was an M90 from a rear wheel drive vehicle, GM was too stupid to make a car in the U.S. with the L67 in a reardrive platform. I'll take just a housing too

Go look around on FullthrottleV6. There might be a few people that know how to get their hands on one. Or you might be lucky and find one on the Australian e-bay section.
I don't know how much more room you'll have in the Charger engine bay. There is one guy that had chopped up the neck and modified the plenum of a normal M90 and installed it in his Camaro. No numbers yet from him.
Are you installing an L67 into a Charger? Or are you trying to install an M90 on top of the dodge V6? If you're doing a full swap, you might be able to use the normal M90 if there is enough room to route the piping before the firewall. It all depends on the effort you want to put into the job.

I'm installing the full GM drivetrain and I've decided to also cut the neck and use some elbows and tubing from turbonetics to remove the TB/MAF from the back of the supercharger and swing it around to face forward. Alot more involved to this project than most people are willing to tackle, but it's going good. Getting the steering issue figured out was time consuming,switching it from a rear steer to a front steer rack and pinion was difficult.The rack sits right under the middle of the oil pan so that meant fabbing the oil pan too, and a driveshaft tunnel, and so on, etc etc.

*cough* Try an M112 out for size. More efficient / more boost than latest-gen M90's.
Or if you want to go all out, Whipple for a true "supercharger" and not just a blower.

Ive had an m90 for the past 2 years and was going to put it on a 98+ Firebird. After not finding the right roller and my parents moving from their house so I dont have a garage, I listed this a couple months ago on clubgp and camarov6. It should be sold within this week since a guy said he was sending a money order.
Your modified version looks different compared to what Merlin did on 3800pro and ftv6. I would have recommended modifying a Gen 5 supercharger though.

Well, to make a long story short I picked up a 96 Park Ave Ultra for $200. After I took the engine, harness, pcm, and a few other items I listed it for parts in the local paper and got 200 for the car so in the end the L67 complete and running cost me $10 to advertise the car. The problem I now see with the Holden M90 is the neck turns the wrong way.

sorry about bump...i owned a 97 riv with the 38s/c and is it just me?... or is that the most comfortable car u ever drove on the highway?...the only down side to that car was the rain in the windows ( if they were cracked open) =]
