hi, new WS6 owner from tx (dfw area) hi guys & gals. im been lurking for a few days & decided to join up...seem like a really cool board. i already know a few of you guys from firebirdnation. got a 2000 ws6 about 7-8 months ago and been loving it. hope to learn some stuff about it, get a few problems fixed and make a few friends along the way. im in texas, sw of dfw area just a few minutes from the race track in cresson

its a dodge viper color - snake skin green
i wasnt a big fan of green or chrome rims but when i saw this bird in person i had to have it!

thx....i forgot to mention the 19"s are off a vette as are the dual rectangle exhaust tips.
sometimes i get the "nice corvette" comment from ppl.

very nice , i thought it looked like ssg . How did the paint come out on it , full car or what . But very unique and cool looking . That car begs for a certain type of rim and i cant put my finger on it . It needs 18s for sure or 19 , no tts or zr1s .
Maybe some hp evos black spokes with a ssg lip ?

Needs a new paintjob, but a very clean lookin bird ya got! Be prepared for some unique challenges and headaches, but overall trans ams are just awesome to work on. They are amazing cars.

i have not seen another one this color. the body shop did a great job. all door jams, trunk, engine bay, heck even the underside was painted. infact i dont even know what the orig. color was.

There's currently a meet every Monday night in Irving. It's a meet for any and all kinds of cars and bikes, but it's free and there are quite a few F-Bodies that show up. I'll PM you with the details.

thx man, it gets a lot of looks where i live....ppl are constantly coming into the place i work and asking about it. funny thing is i really dont like green or chrome and now i have both! when i saw it in person, i had to get it.
got the pm....thx for the info, hope to see you there. its a long drive but i will try to make it out. since its a ricekiller event will i get hated on if i show up in my jdm rhd surpa? lol
