Nice car. Ignore all the jealous ****** who are about to ***** this thread. In a perfect world people would realize nobody gives a **** what they have to say about your situation, but this world is far from perfect. I predict the rest of this thread will demonstrate that.

Nice car. I dont know what kind of person you are really and I dont think people who dont know you have a right to tell you HOW to drive your car, but I will offer some advice to you from my own experience.
Dont floor it in corners
Dont do anything in the car to impress someone you wouldnt do while you were alone
Dont get to cocky--there is always someone faster
Dont let bird crap set on it for more than a day because it etches paint like a ****
Check your oil if you race it a lot at every other gas fill-up
Dont tell people you have a 'vette just b/c the motor/tranny are VERY! similar
^ That about covers all I learned from my friends and from owning a Trans Am/Mustang GT.

Very fine horse you have there.
Just remember... and it's for you to actually think about... that car will get you up to 100mph very quick. You can imagine what a crash test dummy would go through at that speed.... watch it around corners, don't put yourself in a position in life where the car has lost traction, you're sliding into an unknown fate, and you're wishing you never laid eyes on that Camaro... be careful is all I'm saying.
I wouldn't say it if I didn't care. ~Joshua
Congrats on the the gift, your parent must really love you.
