New LS1 Owner at Ft Bragg NC Just wanted to say hello, I am currently deployed in Iraq but upon my return I will be the proud owner of a 1998 Z28, got it off a buddy for $3800.00, pretty damn good price I think, Ill post more mods when I get a chance.
I am looking forward to doing alot of research on here, I use to be a Third Gen owner, so I know how helpfull these sites can be...

Now If i can only end up in a job that makes me a ton of money so that I can do what I want to it.
I was debating on just leaving it be, but we all know there is no way that is happening. Its already got a ton of mods, that I will soon post. But in the words of Ricky Bobby "I wanna go fast" I dont need like 500hp, but a nice 30-400 would be ok I think. Guess only time will tell.

Mods there is nothign internal or external to the engine, aside from a new intake, port and polished TB, the mods are more suspention and chas. SFC, lowering Springs, Welded framed read end, RCA, no real engine mods yet.

well I like the spoiler, I know it looks a bit "rice" but I really like the flow of it with the car, I might lose it later but im not sure.... if i can find something that flows well with the car, but the trunk needs something. I am not going a stock wing.
As for welcome to fayetteville, I have been here since 2000, I just recently became an owner of a LS1/z28 i use to drive a teal and grey (primer) 88 Camaro. I loved that car but the price was right on this one, and it already has everything I would have had to do to the 88 to get it where I wanted it....

Wow that spoiler gets alot of attention....lol. Maybe I will find a cheaper one.
And i love that avitar Picture, please tell me you know her and are married to her..... what a waste if not. lol
Is there a good shop to go to for LS1 stuff in NC. I had an od 88 350 so im more carb educated, i need to brush up on my LS1 info, but conecttions are always nice to have. anyone you guys would recomend?

Lets see some pictures of diffrent ideas, I dont know much about 4th gen camaros YET.

Some people will tell you that RPM in Garner, NC is the place to go. I beg to differ though. They tuned my car and my **** mushroomed two valves within a month and another guys car just scattered the motor on their tune. But hey everyone has their opinion. As for the girl in the avatar, I don't know her but mine girl is just as good
As for the girl, i know what you mean, mine is almost lilek that too, but she hates me right now, saying im destroying her body, on baby born in dec06 and one do dec07, hey when its good its good, and i know hers will be jsut fine.....lol

Congrats on the new baby. RPM has put out some good cars but they'll never touch mine again. I drive to Kentucky so my guy back there can tune it.

I get to come home near valentines day for a few days, only half way through, and then its back to the sexy desert, but this is the last trip. 4 deployments in 7 years I am so over the army now. It has changed way to much.
So do we have a Camaro club or LS1 club in fayetteville, it would be nice to see cars with mods that I might want to do, instead of reading about them. that way I can get someone to give me a hand so i avoid some dumb mistakes
