Does anyone know what the 1/4 mile record is for a stock lt1. My old lt1 had 127000 miles 6 spd and a ebay cai. It had stock exhaust right down to the rectangular tips. Stock weight. Street tires. Stock wheels. Nothing removed. Just like it came off the showroom floor. These are the results:

Best ET-13.64 @ 100.81
Best MPH- 13.73 @ 102.46


Could this be the record???

^^ Relax big guy. I'm not sure about the time far as records...but I can say I have seen plenty stock LTx at the track pulling mid/high 13's with good tires all night long.

I just haven't seen one. And the tires i ran were just a regular street tire on a stock wheel. I dont know what you consider a "good" tire.

as far as that time yes it is a possible time...i do not know the record, but the 93 FIREHAWK ran a 13.6 in the quarter mile! it is considered a stock car so there you have it, they are out there running some good times

your not going to be able to search the intire world for it, to many variables,
elevation,weather,track ect

when going for records that is not calculated into it.. example...

if i run an 11.00 here and i have a DA of 2000 and someone in point B runs a 10.99 but has a DA or -200.. he is faster..... therefore holds the record..

BUT, if i go to where he is and i run a 10.4, i have the record.. you odnt have to search the world.. it will be around here somewhere..
