Default **VIDEO** 87 Camaro vs Pullied 03 Cobra

This is a run between me and a 03 Cobra, the mods on both cars are in the vid. It was a close run and I was on a nitrous tune and had alot of **** in my car, I intended on spraying but my WOT switch didnt wanna cooperate. I think were gonna run again this week and Ill either be on a motor tune or Ill spray. His car is really nice and the guy can drive really good, tell me what yall think.

Yep...coolant on the modulars is VERY critical.

Yeah I was on a weak *** tune and had more weight in my car but he had coolant leaking after the race so we were both a lil disadvantaged.

Not sure what I make right now, my car weighs 3150 completely empty with an empty tank. In that vid I had 1 passenger(170lbs), a toolbox(80lbs), a full 15lb nitrous bottle, a full tank of gas, and alot of other random **** so I would assume I was at about 3600lbs. I dont know what his car puts down but he has walked alot of cammed ls1s and a few cammed z06s, I guess Im making about 420-450whp on motor??

Lowest to highest thats about right for stock cars, but some weighed even less. My car is a full delete car so it only weighs 3150 with full interior.

If you had your bottle tune active though, you were probably a good 20 rwpower down, I would assume.

with a good tune and his mods (assuming header back from the vid saying 'full exhaust'), he's probably at ~450-460RWHP and 200# heavier than you depending on his personal weight.

Nice run....way too much traffic for my taste, but regardless of both of your guys' condition of your cars, the race was pretty close.

Yeah its definitely kinda sluggish feeling on the bottle tune. I think with no passenger and a cleaned out car on a motor tune, I would pull him pretty easy.

My motor would have gone boom! lol...

Anyone know what was done to that GTO? I know it had a pretty nice cam, intake, and LTs but didn't really talk to him too much after that.
