Multimedia Exchange - I want this Sound... Indentify Trans Am in this vid possibly??

I have seen this video a few times... I am hoping that someone can recognize the car maybe? Everyone seems to know everyone on this great site so i though i would give it a shot... I LOVE the way this car sounds... As we all know videos dont catch how loud it actually is... If anyone can give me an exhaust setup that will sound like this i will be happy! Or if anyone knows the car an the setup it has... Thanks

Sounds like shit and it sounds like just an open exhaust. I could be wrong but that does not sound cool, it sounds backyard.

I love that sound!! Its a little raspy but NOT too raspy... Call me crazy.. But i have always loved a little rasp... Makes it not sound a damn mustang... You think that thing is cammed?

A LS1 will never sound like a mustang anyway, even if you try a h-pipe. They have a unique sound from the iron block & firing order.

True... I guess... I am just plain crazy then... I love the sound.. haha

That is nowhere near the loudest Trans Am out there.

Perfect... PERFECT! So long tubes... With TSP true duals? Any mufflers in particular? I love the sound... But the cam is a little too aggressive for me every day... Ooh i wish... I'll probably go with a 114 LSA...

It has the bullets. Sound like shit unless you have a cam though.

Which engine are you talking about because I believe the 5.0 and the LSx engines have the same firing order.

IMO it doesn't get any better than LT's, ORY and a cutout to a stock catback. That setup can sound badass or it can sound damn close to stock.:D

I am curious to see what mufflers are on the duals on the red z28 above. Doesn't sound anything like my buddy's car that had TSP duals with spiral pros on it.

I think that clip was SLP LT's, ORY, LM1 that's exactly what mine sounded like before the cam. Heck maybe it does have a cam i dunno too hard to tell. It is a great sound :D haha.
