Default oil pump?

my car: 02 camaro SS, forged rods and pistons. stock crank, cam. bolt ons
tuned to idle and nothing else.

heard a tapping noise near the top of the motor. pulled the valve covers and left the coils plugged in, no oil pressure up top, it shows to have oil pressure though. i was just wondering what everyones take on it is. and do you think this could have affected the way my car runs?

Did you clean the new pushrods good? There is a cleaning brush made especially for the oil hole. What pushrods?
