Edit: They are not Patriots.

What springs do these look like? Came off of some TEA heads

They're absolutely not patriot dual golds. I don't even recognize what they are.

best bet would be take to local machine shop and have them measured for coil bind, seat pressure,open pressure, id/,od, installed height etc.

They are not PRC springs. This spring is a dual spring with a dampner. The PRC spring is just a dual, no dampner. They Springs and retainers look like a comp 977 maybe.
