Yeah, post it up there - in the Gen IV section.

BTW, I'm at 9% ETC at idle (I prefer using the ETC PID instead of the TPS since ETC goes to 100% and TPS only goes to 87%)

mspeterso did you clean everything as specified in the other post? It did drop from 15 to 12% thats better. I was perusing some of your other posts, you did clean the maf and ducting and wiped it out gently with the lint free cloth especially the sensor (flat shiny thing). How much oil is on your cone filter? and for the big one did you install ngk`s?

What about the MAF, screen, ducting, purge sol and lines. As for the plugs the stock are very good and should goto 100000 easy but if you suspect they are fouled or bad you could remove them COLD, inspect them noting their positions(cyl#) clean them with throttle body cleaner and a toothbrush then spraying them with buthane. then if they are all ok reinstall them but put the 4 used in the dod cyl`s into the full time 8 positions and the full time 8 into the dod cyl`s. (1,4,6,7 (dod),2,3,5,8(non dod))

Default Good news

I scanned the car this morning.

NO MISFIRES.

It looks like i might not of had the purge valve hose seated properly. it was not completly off, it just did not "click" to seal the hose.
causing a slight vacuum leak. causing the misfires.

I am still getting knock retard, and a very lean condition. AND at idel
TPS is hovering 12 - 15% - IS THIS NORMAL?

I beleive a mass air flow tune would solve this issue..

What about the MAF, screen, ducting purge sol and lines.

MAF -- left stock
screen - left stock
ducting. left alone.

cleaned out purge sol line.

i have stock airbox, with AMSOIL high flow drop-in air filter
( NO OIL BASED filter )
