Default cant get tire and rim off

The tire went flat on my bird and im putting on snow tires anyways but i was gonna take the wheels off. But theres a bunch of different size lug nuts and i cant even get the socket on some of them is there a special tool to get them off or what? I managed to get one tire off and 3 lugs off another. I still have to get the other tires and rims off.

Just get your spare tire jack and use the arm to get the lugs off

Find the right size socket for each different lug nut, use an extension bar so you don't hit the rim, after you get them all off buy a fresh set of lug nuts all around and trash the mixed-match ones.

I dont see the problem, other then that one looking a little stripped it appears that you just need to buy the right sized socket (thin walled 17 or 19????) they were torqued on some how, theve gotta come off.
