Bought my '06 A4 GTO new two years ago and have been slowly modding it a little at a time.
Ported Fast 90, MTI G1 cam (228/232,.588/.575 113), Kooks 1 3/4 catless, Volant cai, are the only engine mods. (Still on stock TB, & injectors).
Yank3600, 3.91s, M/T 275/50/15 DRs, and airbags. No power adders.
Tuned by RWTD in Mobile Ala. 398rwhp

Timeslip from Gulfport MS. DA was around -1100

No, not quite full weight. I've taken out about 300lbs or so; never weighed it.
I'm guessing around 3700lbs with driver?

Yep, very close. Wish someone would make a lower gear than the 3.91 for the GTOs. Jealous of your 4.56s.

I just got my ported 243's back from advanced induction today, so hopefully I'll get a little quicker.

The 4.56s are ok,,they do alright with cruising and all, but highway pulls are useless becuase you're wound out already. I think they are alittle bit much for my car. Haven't been able to do better than a 1.64 60' with them. Plus my 1st gear is really short with them. I'm gonna be switching to a 4.10 instead. I think the car may actually ET faster and hopefully 60' better as well. We'll see though. Your ported heads should make a decent difference for you. I gained tons of top end after I put ported LS6 heads on my car. Last year stock untouched heads I went 11.6 at like 121mph.

Yeah, 4.56s may be a bit too much. I'd like to one day go with the 8.8 cobra center section swap in my gto and put in a 4.10 or maybe a 4.30

Yeah, there's a kit available to do the swap, but pricey.
