considering new project
I have a 03 z06 that I'm thinking about doing a procharger (8-10lbs) and longtubes and ORX what kind of power are you guys seeing out of a mild setup like this I not interested in going in the motor at all at this time. so cam or head change is out of the question. I know its a every cars different kinda question but I'm just looking for a ballpark average for ET's and RWHP

im hoping i wil be around 550 to 575 w/ my d1sc, but i have a cam and a few other things. i will never know probably exactly, because i do not frequent the local dynos to much. it will gain a few after christmas though

im sure with a meth kit and a good tune you can run a little more than 10 psi or a blower cam will put you over to the 600 mark. hopefully slowhawk or the guys from EPP will chime in

i may not even get to run it w/ the d1 on it before spring gets here, but if i do i am hoping for 11.00's or 10.9x's on 8 to 10lbs
i just want to go as fast as my f1a (cough) will get me on a little 347. it will be a full weight car w/ zero weight removed.

We did a few A@A kits on C5 Z's this past summer and the results were great.

10-12 psi
no meth
600-615 rwhp between the 3 I recall ( 3.90 gears )
The 1 which went to the track before the year was up ran 11.7 @ 134 first and only pass.

Check this '05 GTO out that we installed a ProCharger on at 8 psi. It had Kooks headers and exhaust with a stock engine. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=46 Bob

yea when i heard you say your going to keep the z06 stock i was like yeeea....ok. i wouldnt sell the ta to do it though. say if i got a 03 cobra with a KB on and beat you jason i bet you would have the 408 with nitrous and a procharger on it in no time. if your going to put a blower on it man get a kennebell on it dude, rather than a procharger. makes about the same power and has that sick sounding whine.
