Apartment for rent....
Not sure whether I will do this but my Son moved out of our garage apartment and I am considering leasing it. It is good for 1-2 max and has full bath, washer/dryer, kitchen area with refrigerator, and the bedroom area with tv cable box. It also has a portable A/C unit in it that blows hot and cold air. Pretty small but will work for an interim deal.
We live on 5 acres and the garage apt is seperate from the main house. The area we live in is SW, actually on the SE corner of Brazos Bend State Park.
Not sure what I would rent it for...had also considered finding a handy-man of sorts that could help around the place in place of the rent..fencework, painting, etc..recently broke my arm pretty severely and still have limited use of it.
Unless personally known, the person will have to go through a criminal background check prior to decision being made.
Anyone potentially interested...?

downtown Houston is about 45 minutes to 1 hour...depending on traffic. Joe, I do have a garage space i could free up for 1 car, but thats all I could make available.

actually i was/am looking into wyotech and thats my main option but if i could live down that way for a lil while then i dont mind delaying school. I've had a rough past 2 years and been stuck at moms...time to get back out if nothing else.

Just give me a call sometime and we can visit....I took some pics but everyone needs to understand i have not had time to go in after my Son left...he did not clean it up as I asked him to, unfortunately. I plan on painting the inside and will run a carpet cleaner through the place as well.
I severely crushed/broke my arm a few months ago and would be interested in cutting rent, or reducing for someone not afraid to help with things around there.
PM me for my contact info if interested. Joe (ex-ss-ve) and Adam (Adam1982) have been out and can tell you about the place as well. Estate addition is very nice with all homes on acreage. Our main house is 4200+ sq feet and the apartment/garage is completely seperate from the house, or detached. All situated on just under 5 acres so is very quiet.
45 and Airtex would be a huge drive from here...I am 15 miles due south of Sugarland attached to Brazos Bend State Park on the SE side...look at a map for a visual.

these shots show what the view looks like from outside, and a pic of the whole place from the front. The apt is small but the people we bought the house from lived in it for 6 months while the main house was being built..will fit 2 but thats about it...reasonably. House is about 200-250 yards off the road onto the property.
