So i snapped my passenger mirror off this morning, and I am wondering how hard it is/the process for taking the door panel off the passenger door is in a Monte Carlo SS.

i know there is a screw in the top and one in the door handle. then there are two torx screws under teh hande. then you have to pull it off. start at the bottom then the top of it slides up. then the mmirror should be three ten mm bolts when you unplug the switch for the power mirror (if its on the drivers side)be very carful it breaks easy.

well it should have the traditional clips running along the side & bottome of the panels. You should have a couple of screws to losen but other than that, it should be fairly easy. remember unfasten your clamps with care. I think I remember using a putty knife or something thin and sturdy to pulled away gently.

Ok thanks guys, I actually looked at MonteCarloForum and found a write up with pics.
I didn't know the interior of our cars and of the older 2000-2005's were almost the same...
If I decide to do it myself I will take pics etc and do a write up, but this week in Michigan it is going to to int eh single digits!!!sometimes positive, most the time negative....
