Default B4001 Injector Flow Rate - Does this look right?

I have SVO 30# injectors and I'm trying to dial in the IFR so I can AutoVE the car tomorrow.

This is how my IFR looks right now, this is scaled by MTI.

3.796875
3.820313
3.843750
3.867188
3.898438
3.921875
3.937500
3.960938
3.992188
4.000000
4.031250
4.046875
4.070313
4.101563
4.117188
4.148438
4.156250

When I put the following into the IFR spreadsheet I get these numbers.

Injector Rated Pressure: 43.5
Fuel Rail Pressure: 58
Injector Rated Flow Rate: 30

4.364768
4.391971
4.419006
4.445876
4.472586
4.499136
4.525531
4.551773
4.577865
4.603808
4.629607
4.655262
4.680776
4.706153
4.731393
4.756499
4.781474

This is all in G/Sec.

Does this look right? It looks kind of high to me, but I've never tuned injectors.

Thanks!

If they tuned the car around that IFR and you change it, be aware that you will be re-doing all of your fueling tables subsequently...

First of all, SVO injectors are not rated at 43.5

Frost: I'm planning to do the AutoVE and I'm running a custom OS so I can command fuel by RPM so it shouldn't be a problem. I just need to get this right so my BEN isn't screwy.

moe - What ARE they rated at? From what I read on ls1tech it looks like they are rated at 43.5. Maybe I need to search more?

The SVO's are rated in the neighborhood of 39.15 if I remember correctly...so your tables that are in the 4.xxxxx are closer to what you need.

I just had my injectors flowed so I can dial this in correctly.

These are SVO 30# red top injectors.

My least flowing injector was 330ml and my highest flowing was 342ml.

Based on my least performing injector, the flow rate is 31.4 lbs/hr at 43.5 PSI.

End of story, this is the answer.

My IFR table now looks like this:

4.568457
4.596929
4.625226
4.653351
4.681306
4.709096
4.736723
4.764189
4.791498
4.818653
4.845655
4.872507
4.899213
4.925773
4.952191
4.978469
5.004609

Thanks for the input, I'll make another thread about this with pictures and scans later.

AND - It looks to me like that ARE flow rated at 43.5psi.

Exclamation Wow!

"My least flowing injector was 330ml and my highest flowing was 342ml."
IMO, a variation of 2-3ml is OK, but 12 seems really high..
Again, my opinion.
Evidently, not a flow matched set??

Nope, not matched. I'm going to tune these up for now and look into buying new ones.
