progress on my mustang
Just an update. Got the engine and trans installed in the car. Bought an HP 750 Dominator today. Just thought you guys might be interested to see a few of these things. Got a few more pics I might post later. Let me know what you think..

If ya look carefully in the pics you will see the main hoop laid down in the car and the rest of the cage leaned up against the wall.....we just went with a competition engineering 6 pt. but the cage in that red car is pretty sweet.
And while we all know the engine needs a different pan, the pictures are kinda deceiving because the pan isnt as close to the ground as it appears..... a WD40 can fits under the pan with an inch or two of clearance.

I thought that was what i seen laying in there. the pics i posted is a build i'm doing for a friend, i have been trying him to get smart and put a ls motor in it, but he is a die hard ford guy. you have the right idea. car will be awesome, light, with a great motor. keep up the good work, and more pics
