Default progress on my mustang

Just an update. Got the engine and trans installed in the car. Bought an HP 750 Dominator today. Just thought you guys might be interested to see a few of these things. Got a few more pics I might post later. Let me know what you think..

Looks good...

Put a F-body oil pan on it, it won't hang down so low.

If ya look carefully in the pics you will see the main hoop laid down in the car and the rest of the cage leaned up against the wall.....we just went with a competition engineering 6 pt. but the cage in that red car is pretty sweet.

And while we all know the engine needs a different pan, the pictures are kinda deceiving because the pan isnt as close to the ground as it appears..... a WD40 can fits under the pan with an inch or two of clearance.

Thanks for the comments and you have done a great job on the cage install...tell your friend he cant go wrong with an ls powerplant! Car weighed ~2600 before any weight reduction.

You can go to my photobucket and look at all the pictures I have...the good, bad, and ugly. I did no editing or deleting when loading them on to photobucket.
