intelligent parts house commercial workers gone, ****, it seems like every time i order something from kragen my commercial guy finds a way to royally **** it up and take 5 hours to deliver. this is the last time, im stuck at work after 5 not getting paid still working on fords lovely 6.0 powerplunk diesel.

anyone have an experince with napa and their commercial dept, this is it for kragen, or excuse me oreily's

napa is the ****. parts usually take 1 hr to get there max and if i need to take them back there are 3 napas in 10 miles, and the distribution warehouse is in fontana, and has EVERYTHING... what are you doing to the 6.0 turbo? injectors?

yeah, my buddy used to work their years and years ago, so i have seen that place, im deff over kragen.

and as for the pos, i did an oil cooler, threw some new seals in the turbo, cleaned the sticking vgt problem, an egr delete kit and 2 injectors, funny thing is the truck just went outta warranty last month, those mother ******* screw you bad, just be glad your not the one spending 5k in repair parts plus my labor on a truck with just over 100k miles. and it has not been a smooth road till today, its had a few egr coolers, turbo's and tranny's thru is short 5 year life.

word, when they answer the phone, i have to look down to make sure i have not called some taco joint in tj lol
i have tried car quest with minimal luck, they are in norco a good 45 min drive from my place. in chino
they have an inventory similar to wal mart, which means oils and cleaners good, car parts bad
my guy can barely manage that,

chino and central, they are the hub store for around here.
