T/A vs Camaro leather seats - good looking mix/match? Just bought a set of T/A fronts for the SS and
now I'm wondering whether they will look right
with keeping the Camaro leather back seat, or
if I need to go find a T/A rear seat to not
look dorky. Anyone who's swapped in T/A seats
and knows this? Should see the fronts sometime
next week, just wondering meanwhile.
'course if anybody just happens to have an ebony
T/A rear set out of a convertible that's needing
adoption, you let me know....

Re: T/A vs Camaro leather seats - good looking mix/match? They will be close. The best way to describe it is the "arch" at the top of the seat insert fron to back is different from a TA to a Camaro. The leather on the TA seats (at least mine were) a slightly different grain. The one thing I never liked abount the TA rear seat is the seat back there is no "insert" the ribbs of the seat just flow over the back
I wound up recovering my seats, but that was mainly due to me being to impatient to wait to the right color seats. I really like my TA seats!

If the TA seats are from the same year they will go great with the camaro rear seat.

I got mine from a local wrecking yard. $600 for all four seats and the seat belts. Not bad for power leather seats with power lumbar and side bolsters for both driver and passenger.
