How in the world are we supposed to answer any of those questions?

Flywheel hp or on a dyno? What heads? What cam specs? Is the nitrous jetted for rwhp or fwhp? Intake setup? What fuel system to support that large a shot? Auto or manual? Etc, etc, etc...

You are basically saying that "I am getting a new motor, how strong will it be?" Without any kind of info.

you might get better answers if you give us a little more info about your setup

cam specs?
Heads? Ported? how much?
other supporting mods?

there are NA 350's and 383's with over 400 at the wheels with good setups and then you could use your imagination to figure out what they might make with a 200 shot

we need lots more info about pretty much everything involving your set up. you need detailed info about your heads (valve size, combustion chamber cc's, runner cc's, flow #'s?, is it simply a gasket match port job?) what & how much has been cut or trued up on the block, camshaft, compression, rotating assy ballanced?, extent of tuning (mail order or dyno tuning?) Gear, tires, torque converter, race weight, suspension upgrades? 10's are not easy to come by! and its pretty hard guess fwh or rwhp without every detail, let alone figuring E.T.

im going to give my engine builder a call monday to see what cam hes puting in it. the intake is a GM lt1 performance carburetor intake. the reasion im going with a carb i dont want to deal with a computer and bull **** that goes with it. and plus im not going to be runing anthing that needs the lt1 computer so i just got rid of dead weight. no i see what i did wrong i worded my question wrong i was just looking for how much a straight 383 with nothing special done to it would make
