cobra s/c on ls1??
i don't know if this is a stupid question or not, but will the blower off an 03/04 cobra fit on an ls1? is there a way to adapt it if not? i know guys like to take mustang GTs and throw them on because it's cheap power, and i'm on a budget myself, but i don't know if it's bad enough to make me drive a mustang. just a thought.

Won't work on an F-Body due to the Fire wall. Not sure if they make a intake for the Eaton to bolt up on an LS. If I were going to do this on a Vette I would just scrape for a Kenne Bell.

Well, let me rephrase it then. Simply no it won't work. The fire wall is in the way to run a roots style. A roots style will work on a Vette however. I don't know of any body using an Eaton though.

haha yeah i gotcha. maybe i will have to go to a mustang gt. 5 grand, plus a grand for the supercharger, and from what i've heard 400rwhp is attainable safely with boost on a stock 4.6. god i just don't wanna drive a mustang... or what they call them around here, a car haha. i'd say it'd be a fun sleeper but it'd only be covert til that loud *** whine came.

And let me make it a little more clear. There is no way a blower from a mod motor will every fit on an ls1 car. There are roots style blowers out there from a couple vendors though. It's not going to be cheap no matter what you do though.
