LSX 454 Buildup???????
Who would you use to build your LSX 454? I will have some nice parts inside and want someone who is reputable and a standup kinda business.

We got a few LSX builds going on right now with Erik ( the only builder we use), if I can be of assistance please let me know I am a direct distributor for him and can be reached very easily where his schedule can make it difficult sometimes. I am a direct link though so I can help you out very easily 24/7

Remember too that the real combination to making the power and longevity you want though is in the build details themselves such as hone job, what rings, Piston design and compression vs. heads and cam and valvetrain etc. The "454" part any good shop can do and make parts fit together but we do 427-480 inch deals that are all over the map from power adder only to NA only. Some are under 7500 rpm hydraulic roller pump gas but still wild and some are for Granny's Roadmaster!
Anotherwords don't get worried about buzzwords or shortblock numbers like "454" on their own more than say if you want to run mid 10s on pump gas and hydraulic roller with good drivabilty in a 3500 pound car with a tighter converter or if you want a wild ride that runs mid 9s still on pump gas and hydraulic roller vs if you want mid 8s on race gas with a power adder or even a big all out NA engine. Anotherwords know exactly what you expect out of this engine before you start the process.
Anyway that's more important than these internet polls but all of the guys above can do a good job.

Thanks to all that have responded.
I am getting some great ideas from PM's and from vendors.
See for me this is a little more difficult since I really only know BBC. So in turn, having a 454 as a big motor is tough for me to understand. But either way, thanks to all for the great help on this project.
