Did a lot of research...just bought a pair of ARH. I was impressed with the way they fit along with a great y-pipe. I'm also told their tubing is still made in USA, more nickel in the piping??

My vote was QTP only because I just purchased these and am waiting to get them installed. Im thinking I might should have gone with American Racing Headers, They have great ground clearance I hear. My QTP's will due though.

I have had three diff brands of headers on past f-bods, hands down the arh's are the best reguarding fit, quality and performance, + Nick and the other guys there are on top of their customer service, one of the best companies I have done business with over the past few years.

I don't know which header would flow more or make that extra 2 horse power..........Looking back I would have went with ARH............quality and fitment is #1 priority for me. I had looked for a solution to the crappy Y-pipe on my jet hot headers.............no great solution for that. Really wished I had got the ARH's to begin with

If you are completely stock, I'd go w/ whichever headers come w/ 1-5/8" long tube runners. Certainly no bigger than 1-3/4". Be careful about your selection, too big is as bad or worse than too small, IMO. Guys w/ big 1-7/8" runners are usually not stock & moving quite a bit more air than a stock 98. Good-luck w/ the purchase.

I bought QTPs, but wish now that I had gone ARH. The install with the QTPs was fairly straight forward, although there are some interference issues on the passenger side where one of the outside primaries is touching body a little. The big thing that pisses me off is the exhaust leak where one primary on both driver and passenger side headers meets the collector. The weld does not go completely around the primary and it does leak a little, more so on the driverside.
