Cops are usually pretty cool with muscle cars as long as you are being respectfull, I think the only trouble you will find with cowls is if they are so tall you cant see to the right, and thats one hell of a cowl.

its a hood?! less you got something worthwild under it i wouldnt be worried, hell i drove around in my loud *** xtreme with 22s bags, and led strips for tailights and i only got a speeding ticket once even tho i drove that **** everwhere on the ground. Bottom line ur only going to get pulled over if you **** the cop off somehow or ur endangering urself or others like speeding, driving stupid, racing. now if ur driving a dropped honda with a loud *** fart can you might as well have bail money on you.

My camaro is pretty loud, and i can get the rpms up and i never have any problems with cops. My buddy has a e46 m3 and gets pulled over all the time, for the most random ****.
