car will not turn over with key

car will not turn over with key i just got done putting my car together and everything turns on like radio, fuel pump, gauges, etc. but when i go to turn the car over nothing happens, i have everything plugged up except i dont have the radiator, ac condensor or e fans in but i dont think that would be a prob. Can anyone help me out?

In the engine wiring harness junction block 2, which is located on the left side of the engine compartment. There are 2 junction blocks there, the rearward one is #2 The relay should have 4 wires a dark green, a yellow with a black stripe, A purple wire, and a red wire. you want to jump the red to the purple and try to start it.

ok well just got done putting everything in fans, radiator, maf, etc. i can jump it from relay and everything runs fine but still cannot start with the key, but i can turn it off with key, ha go figure, well if anyone knows whats going on it would help me alot, thnx guys
