Converter on mild FI
A converter is a must now but i am unsure on what to go with. The car is set up as a weekend street/strip car with more strip in mind. My current set up is just south of the 500 mark with plans to run in the low 500s by next fall. Any one want to recommend a good converter and stall? This is on a 60 trim TTI car with a 228/232 114LSA and 3.42 rear on BFG 315s.

I went with a vig 3000 stall with a "turbo stator". That was really nice around town. Then i had that one restalled to a 3600 thripple disk. That one launches nicer and has almost the same around town manners.

For the little extra cost would it be a good idea to have one built to spec. I am swapping out my stock 4L60 for a built RPM stage 5. As most of you know a built 4L60 is not cheap to start with and i would like to get her right the first time around.
