Default Big cam nitrous guys, what stall?

Im planning on getting a built 4l60, ms3, stock 243 heads and bumping up to a 150 shot and cant decided on the stall. I was thinking either on a yank ss4000 or a vig 3600 but am open to any other suggestions, but would like to keep it under $800.

My Yank PT4000 was too loose on a 175 shot. Blew right through it. Went to a SS3600, but it was way too tight. Ended up ditching Yank and went 3 disc, 3800 Vig. Love it. Locks in third gear and just takes off. I consider it my car's afterburner.

I would suggest the Circle D 4C - 3600-3800. It loves the juice!! It has the billet front and is fully furnace brazed so it is built very strong.

Free shipping, 2 Year warranty and 1 stall adjustment.

That is a conservative rating, you will be fine. I have a lot of guys with 400+HP and a 150 Shot. You could step up to the Stage II for added insurance, but I don't think it is necessary. The upgrade I would suggest is the Stage III if you wanted WOT lock up.

Bump for Yank....I've run three and all have performed flawlessly. Their customer service is excellent, and you can't beat their performance! Sounds like a SS4000 would complete your plans. Give Dave a call.....you'll never look back!

I've got a 3800 nitrous converter in my CETA. I'm running PRC heads, MS3 and converted it to a carb and also a TH350. The converter loves a 125 shot and I'll see how well it likes a 200 when I get back stateside

I am running a G5X3, LS6 heads (unported), full bolt on's, RPM Level4 Tranny with a Vig3600.. I must say that my transmission is probably the strongest part of the car.. I too will eventually be running a 125-150 shot once i get some Ported LS6's...

I too used to be a YANK guy.. ( not bshing Yank, it was a great stall @ the time) but i went over to the other side.. My Vig has over 20K on it and still is tight as drum...

I say Vig, but then again, i'm partial...
