i'm out running errands today when i spy a C5 vette creeping up in my rear view through the traffic. As the vette clears the traffic it moves over into the adjacent lane and casually slips up beside me. i'm rolling at about 40, down what is now an open road in front of me, when i finally catch a glimpse of the driver... a gray haired wrinkly old woman that looked to be in her late 60's, maybe early 70's. she can hardly see over the steering wheel and it looks like she can barely grip it due to arthritis. as i gaze admiringly at her extremely clean ride, unsuspecting, she lights it up on me from a roll and has about 10 cars on me before i even realize what just happened. i was so astonished that i just busted out laughing. she ended up turning off onto another street about a mile afterward and i gave her a friendly little rev as i passed to acknowledge her sneaky victory. anyone else ever find themself in a race with such an unassuming challenger without even realizing it?

i had an old lady in a 98+ stock auto z28 race me. i figuered the car was auto cuz i beat it with my m6 on the freeway but just barely. it was like a 65-135mph roll. very cool gma. she had the dorky glasses with the white hair and everything. lol.

My grandmother had a 86 turbo regal.

It was FAR from stock. She stopped messing around at about 75, this sounds like her though.

haha..nice death..I dont think my grandma has even reached the speed limit in the past 10 years. I remember riding with her as a kid and wondering why every car on the road was passing us. ugh.
