I raced one of their customers (ragin racin's customers). We raced before he went to r.r. and it was an even pull from 50 to 135 (motor on motor). After they went to r.r., 20 to 120, his car pulled me about 2 to 2 1/2 cars. They simply did a intake port, throttle body port and tune. That's results I saw and it was great!!!

Shawn, is it possible to have the LS-6 intake ported and see/notice a difference? I'm not trying to purchase that FAST Intake.
Randy@RaginRacin
02-10-2009, 10:47 PM
We clean up the intake when we port it. There is some improvement to be had, but the only time we have had big gains with porting the ls6 intake is when we put ported heads. That allowed us to really open it up. We do port "A LOT" out of the TB's and I know we are getting really good gains with that no matter what.

Usually 10-15hp depending on if the truck is far out of tune or not. I really wouldn't expect a whole lot out of it.

My time's coming soon too!!! By the way, what kind of backlog (if any) do yall have for dyno/street tune jobs?
Randy@RaginRacin
02-23-2009, 01:30 AM
Just have to give me a call and I'll get sceduled in. I can usually get dynoes in quick. We are always a week to 3 weeks out on work. Usually when I have a lift free of any big jobs I can get smaller installs in and out pretty quick as well.

Shawn and Randy are great I have gone to many shops over the years to tune my vette and it always had something wrong with it. Shawn got all the problems worked out and when i told him i wanted a car that would make more power and still had stock drivability with my supercharger the car went from 470rwhp to 610rwhp with the same drivability the same bottom end and same boost. Shawn delivered on everything I asked for him to do. Thanks

Enough to beat up on that "JUNK" of yours. lolName the price and track, I ain't skeered of nuttin'. I know u think u gonna beat me to the single digits N/A but a couple runs last sunday looks like it's in the bag. Not bad for 3-year-old parts and "old-school" ways. People are still waiting for me to hurt a motor, they better not hold their breath cause it's gonna be a while.

Hey Shawn, I see Skorpn inquired about an 4.3L tune. Do you have the capabilty, software, etc. to tune the 4.3L? My best friend has a 97 S10 he' s been planning to build. He blew it shortly after putting the blower on it. He wants to built it up, keep it fuel injected, and put the blower back on. Would you be able to help him with this tune?

Thanks Lance. We just did some more work on Keith's car. We have been having a lot of cars come our way from that area. All the word or mouth business is greatly appreciated. Thanks to this forum and guys like yourself and Keith for giving us a good name. We strive to keep than in tact.
Hope you guys have looked at the website lately. We have added on a lot of vehicles.

I live in south Mississippi and have a 02 Z06 that I am currently rebuilding (new rings, rodbearings, etc... it had low compression) Anyhow it is a 402 stroker LS2 Iron block with Eagle Rotating assembly 11.4 compression ratio and I am looking to put a 150 wet shot on it and get it tuned. How much am I looking for a dyno tune for motor/nitrous?

Might want to give them a call. The owner Shawn David was involved in a bad accident. He is ok and recuperating. I don't know when he will be back up and running the shop. Most likely you will see him make a thread on his progress
