If you want to pay for it, they are still available new from GM i think. IIRC i got mine for ~ $500 after the incident with the hay bale in the summer of 2007. the insurance co paid for it but i seem to recall it being ~ $500 plus another $50 for the little 3d bird decal that goes onto it.
*edit*
www.gmpartsdirect.com has them for $376 plus shipping. the part number is 10242397 If you go to the parts catalog and lookup 1995 pontiac firebird and go to bumper there will be 2 parts shown w/o part numbers. the trans am is the more expensive one)
Bumper cover - 1993-97 trans am - 1993-97 trans am
93-97 $613.26 $376.30
the first price is the dealer list and the second is the GMPD price. they quoted $542.82 shipped (i'm in indiana)

I'm pretty sure they don't. the body shop was going to look for an aftermarket one because they said a lot of times they fit better than the oem one's do and there wasn't one available. I'm glad they were able to get a new oem one for it.

i was gonna suggest that but you don't see a lot of LT1 T/A's in junkyards and when you do there is usually front end damage.
you might also try http://www.tacreationsusa.com/93-02_firebird.htm i know they carry them used for $300 but they are in FL so the shipping might suck
