i spent the evening painting my 69 badges the wayi want them and put them on the car, what yall think? im thinkin sexy is the word for it, idk. i painted the entire enblem bacl first with some duplicolor, then went back with a fine tip brush and hit the "Z/" with the same flame pearl red as my other stuff (valve covers, STB, TB, caliper brackets). when i was done, i scuffed up outline of each character so the polished look would come back.
other than a new hood or repaint of my SS, i think i am finally done and happy with the looks of the car for now. my girlfriend got me the badges for v-day yesterday, ive got a keeper! i also got a big one for the rear, ill prob just paint it this same way and stck it on my airlid

Man those emblems look sick on your car I'm jealous. really like the way it matches your brakes wheel combo. fill in the (camaro) on your berger paint it semi flat black and install that big emblem dead center will look killer on your car

im really happy with how the colors go together tho. this time last year, my car was nothing but cilver and black, which looked good but was boring. once i added the burgundy into the mix it made things looks 10x better i think!

ill get much better pics of the car once my buddy shoots it, i dont have any good ones of its current state.
heres a better shot of the brakes. its all base/cleared with reg car paint. high temp primer underneath it all. the silver has been done for 2 years and still shines like the exterior paint
