my 403ci with YSi/12.5lbs was maxed the 60lbers out at 108% and made 770rwhp. I also run boost ref with twin 255lph pumps and meth. My base fuel pressure is at 45psi.

I needed the Ford 80#'s for my 16+lbs now

I do have the 80#ers bt they are not installed yet. I have actually run the 60's up to around 15+ lbs on the street but never logged the run to see how much they were at.

Your base fp is higher than mine which should give you a bit more injector but you are still pushing them right now at your poiwer level. I would think your setup is probaly OK you just need some bigger injectors

Not every car is the same as you know and neither is each injector. Mine ar ethe Motron;s.

Take care

The 80's are a new ford injector, not modified.

I've had success geting a bit more out of the 60's at 5bar base pressure

is that how you have your IFR table set up? with boost referenced return style fuel system i believe the flows should all be the same for each kpa label.

Being boost referenced, the boost seen at the nozzle end of the injector puts the "delta P"[net psi] at what the base setting is...
IE:
Base. line off = 60psi.
Gauge reading w/ 1:1 ratio boost reference, @ 15# boost = 75psi.
Delta P = 75-15, right back at base of 60.[Thus, you are getting fuel volume at the 60psi pressure.]

Agree, you need the 69.26006 value in all cells of the IFR table. You also need to modify the injector offset table the same way.
