Default Which converter?

I made up my mind to go with the world famous yank but not sure which converter is right for my car. I have a 2001 TA with headers, catback, tune, and 373's. I was thinking about ss3600 but some have told me to go with the ss4000. I do plan on heads and cam but not in the near future. This is not my daily driver, it is just a weekend/track car. What do you guys think?

I talked to Dave and he said go with SS4000, I like to get opinions from people who have these converters in their cars and how they like them.

I went 4k as mine is not a DD either. I believe Yank offers a free restall, and its usually said to go big first, then come down if you dont like it. I've read more about people not liking the smaller stalls and wanting bigger then the reverse.

I also read that. I am calling Yank tomorrow to order the stall so keep the opinions coming!

If you are not gonna daily drive it then the SS4000 would be a awesome converter for the track. Keep in mind if you have a stock 10 bolt you might be kissing bye bye so start putting some cash aside for a 9 inch.

Not a yank, but I started with a TCI 3500 stall and whent with a circle d 5c which is 42-4400,and no regrets, dont think its too big at all,so my vote would be the ss4000 for you

For a race oriented converter you should give FTI a call 1-866-726-8358
