Check your MPH upshift settings....they likely need to be lowered.

Generally you will not get the commanded RPM shift until you have met the minimum MPH for the upshift.
If you're MPH settings are based on the stock 2.73 or 3.23 gears, you'll need to lower them by the same % as you increased the gear ratio.

start by lowering your shift rpm....lower it 100 rpms at a time till it shifts.......not a hard fix....

Probably the speedo tables need adjusting as well as the shift point tables...sometimes punching in what things "should" be doesn't always work as well as you'd like

yeah my commanded shift rpm is always 75-100rpms off from where its actualy shhifting when data logging.....you just have to play with it till you get what you are after.....

It sounds like the shift tables didn't scale properly if they did at all...usually with gears I find a direct scale of the tables doesn't result int he car being as fun to drive as it could be.

Play around in the tables that decide what MPH shifts occur at...first scale them to get it working, then as you drive it when you think "it should shift now" adjust the tables more so that it does.
