Custom TCI 3200 converter installed I love the way it feels. Wakes up the car quite nicely. Hard to tell how much quicker it is with my street tires as it spins too much but I think .5 is definitely obtainable with Nittos. The 30mph punch didn't improve as much as I thought it would, or maybe it's all in my head. It helps out the 40mph "dead spot" a ton though. 
The converter locks up good, the tranny shifts smooth, so far overall I'm pleased with the size of stall. One thing, though, I'm getting a slight vibration/noise coming from the converter/tranny at around 1800-2200rpms, mainly right at 2000rpms. What could cause this?
Will have track times within the next 2 weeks.

Re: Custom TCI 3200 converter installed Re-install the converter with it rotated one bolt-hole from where it is now. 9 times out of 10 it'll fix the vibration. Don't ask me why.

Re: Custom TCI 3200 converter installed Colonel, is there any reason he has to "re-install" the converter? Would it not be the same if he were to just pull the starter, remove all the converter bolts, turn the flywheel 120 degrees (without the converter moving) and re-install the bolts and starter?
