Default Stock LS1 with D1SC

Well new numbers are alot better then the last.

482 rwhp @7.6psi

This car is a stock heads and cam with stock ls1 intake.

mods in sig. just FMIC, and headers. with the D1SC

blue line is old dyno from 2007.

red is new. only difference is FMIC and 60lb injectors.

also it made 488rwhp on some later dyno runs i just dont have the sheet. and this is a 2bar SD tune.

FMIC and 60# injectors really didn't add much bro. +23 rwhp nearly +15 rwtq. I'd have expected it to add more. Did you add the FMIC and 60# inj's for future plans, or did your setup actually need them at only 7.78 lbs of boost ?? Either way you picked up power and I was wondering, how does she feel on the street ?? Do you feel the extra umpfff that you picked up ?? Any plans for a better intake ?? A ported 92 fast should help your setup a lot. JMO, but I am glad you found more power.

Yes i could add a TON more power! Im trying to stay safe on this stock motor untill i build a new one. This motor is done. No more add ones untill i build a new motor. Yes the Fmic and 60s are for the new motor. Besides i dont think a Fmic @7lbs will add too much more then 15-20 rwhp over the stock twins.

Thanks, thats what I was wondering. The FMIC is more so for the future, then the now. I like the way you think.

For a bone stock motor and induction setup, I'd be happy as hell on 7 pounds of boost. You're putting down the same numbers as a top of the line, VERY strong H/C/I setup on a basically stock setup plus blower/FMIC. That kicks *** in my opinion.

Newtech was great. Nick did the tuning in under 2 hours i believe. And like i said i want to stay under 500 rwhp on the stock motor i dont think i could be any closer. I have a new ram clutch in the car. Its a HD. The rear is stock but not for much longer.

Nice setup. Way to go a different direction, FI all the way. When you build that engine crank up the boost and that thing will fly!!!

My buddy is pretty much running the same combo, but he has the twin intercoolers still, and he is right at the 500hp mark. He is in same boat, he doens't want to push it anymore until he gets a built motor. These stock ls1s with prochargers are a blast to ride in and drive i think.
