Engine alarm?
For the past 3 or 4 days when ever I would start my car it would sound a faint alarm, almost like the ringing you get in your ears sometimes. It does it whenever I start the car, or after I come to a stop and when Im about to shut the car off. Anyone have any idea what it could be? I will see if I can get a video of it
Heres the video

Check and see if it is coming from the left front fender in front of the wheel. If it is then the AIR pump is taking a crap.
My car did this so I took it out and trashed it

Left front fender= drivers side
The AIR pump is on that side under the frame rails. You can get to it by using the access panel attached to the bumper
to the OP: I can't view the video due to these government filters blocking everything. Hopefully someone can help you out

Keep driving it and what ever it is, it will fall off soon enough
Seriously tho that is quite the whine. It sounds rpm related but seems to go away with load. My first step would be to remove serpentine setup and spin all my accessory drives by hand. My initial guess from the noise is maybe a bearing on AC compressor or the electric clutch on it. Did you try to turn on the AC when the car is at idle making this noise?????

MAYBE its an idler pulley bearing going bad? Id spray some lube on the bearings of the pulleys and see if it temporarily goes away. Mine are going bad but doesn't sound like that at all though..

After watching your video, it sounds like it is directly linked to engine vacuum, but it does come and go as you placed your hand on the throttle body. Has it been off the car before? Check to see if anything is loose around there. Maybe wiggle the cam on the accelerator linkage (without opening it) to see if you have a leak around the TB shaft.
You can try using a length of vacuum hose to isolate where the noise is coming from, just don't get it caught in any of the accessories!
Good luck!
