11.436 @ 121.16 na
Just got back from Virginia Motorsports Park about 10 minutes ago. Leaving off of idle (as to not break the 10 bolt) the car went 11.436 @ 121.16 with a 1.74 short time (mods are Forged 347, MS4, PRC Stage 2.5 5.3L Heads, TH400, Yank Eliminator 3600 and the car weighs 3550lb with me in it).
I don't think it's too shabby for leaving off idle with a converter that was built for a 300 hit on top of all of this (read REALLY TIGHT ON MOTOR).
I can't wait to get a 9 inch in this thing and spray the hell out of it.
While I'm here, I definately want to thank TSP for a really well spec'ed out combo, Yank for the great work on the converter, Steve from LSX Tune for a tune that makes this thing driveable almost anywhere, and all of my friends in RPM who spent a ton of time helping me get this thing together.
Hopefully 9's are just a few N2O pills away!!!

Your passes looked awesome as well... That car seemed WAYYY faster than I would have thought... (you were the guy with the stock eliminator type setup right???) I think all of us VMP'ers can agree that yesterday was a great day for racing.... Cool temps, good prep, only a couple breakdowns, and good times for everyone...

Jesus, your car with is mph'ing like a **** for the weight of your car! My setup is similar to yours, except I'm running on tv2 cam, fast 92 with stock chrome wheels. Maybe I should look into a MS4. Do you have a Fast 90 and/or skinnies?? You "shouldn't" lose mph if you get your 60' down to 1.65-1.70 range.
Yesterday due to great weather, I got my best n/a and 60' pass of 11.45 @ 118.47, 1.58 60', off idle w/stock 10 bolt also. Best mph was 118.83, but I "usually" don't lose mph with great 60's. Race weight of 3520 w/me. Just a little comparison..

Track was awesome, Jason from VP was there and did a great job along with the rest of the crew at VMP.

haha i got that a lot yesterday, I had a few people come up and ask what all I did to the motor. When i told them it was stock, no one wanted to believe me. Not bad for just a little foot brake car.

The great MPH is, I think, due to the converter being really tight for this combo without nitrous. It should be more "normal" for the ET with the extra 300 HP that the converter was built for.
