Car doesn't want to start
When I try to start my car sometimes it doesn't want to start. It just cranks. Then after a few time of that it will start. Or sometimes it starts right up. Any ideas?
It seems like it started this after a Racetronix fuel pump install. It has been like that for a few months.

I let the fuel pump run before I try to start it. I put the key in, wait a second until the pump turns off then start it. Fuel filter is the one of the things im thinking also. I will have to change it.
No SES light on.

guys i still need help. I changed the fuel filter and still same problem. I even took off my timing tuner for nitrous. I thought maybe it was bad. Nothing.
There are times where it will start on the first try no problem. Then other times it doesnt want to start at all.
New pump
New filter

Replace your igniton relay, I just had that problem.
Swap your fan relay with it, if it starts after that, and several times in a row, replace the relay. This has happened twice to me.
Cam and crank sensors rarely fail, start with the easy stuff first.

Ok. Dumb question but where is the ignition relay? Is it under the hood? I looked in the fuse box under the hood. There are three relays but it say fan#1 fan#2 fan#3. Is there another place?

My GM truck just had similar starting problems.
The problem was a check valve in the fuel pump assembly, which maintains fuel pressure when the ignition is turned off. Had to replace the fuel pump.
