Default Driving after cam

So im finishing up on my ms4 cam, ported heads, and ls6 intake swap. After buying all this to do it i am tight on cash for a while, so i was wondering if i would be able to drive it untuned for about a month before i can save money to tune it? i just installed 4.10s to i kinda want to be able to drive to break them in before i take it on the dyno. And if i do drive it can i take it to redline ever or just kinda daily drive around.

you will be fine to drive it untined you might just need to crank up the TB set screw. And dont bring it past like 2500-3000

As stated, adjust the TB stop screw. Take it easy, don't beat on it til you get it tuned.

Since there is a lot less airflow at idle you are going to be running very rich. You take the risk of washing down your cylinders with gas. Which can result with oil in your gas and than a spun rod bearing. It's up to you, I would atleast get the idle AFR dialed in.

Well if i drill a hole or adjust the screw on the throttle body wont that get me more air? And what is the reasoning that i cant get on it at all without it tuned? I heard there is one guy running around on here with this cam that hasnt tuned his at all (i would never do that) im just low on money right now and would like to get into it a little maybe not all out but ya know?

Adjusting the TB stop screw is like a band aid before a tune. It will keep the TB open a little, allowing air in, increasing your idle. Otherwise you'd be running really rough and probably dying a lot.
The reason you don't want to beat on it is because you could be running rich or lean. You could foul out your plugs or you could detonate causing all kinds of problems.
