Default What Rocker Arm set up for MS3 cam.

I was just curious what ratio rocker arm i should go with? the car is a bolt on car with stock heads and MS3 cam. i was just wandering if the 1.7:1 would be fine or to go with the 1.8:1, and possibly what difference it might make. Let me know what you guys think.

1.7 ratio stockers will be fine. if you want to go with an aftermarket upgraded rocker, go with the 1.7 Yella Terra ultralite. i run those on my car and love them. i've read through many posts about them and never heard a single bad thing about them.

ok thats fine, i have just heard that over time running a cam with over .550 lift with the stock rocker arms can cause premature valve guide wear.

What do the people who designed/sell the "MS3" cam recommend? They should know better than the rest of us what to use with their cam, don't you think?

You might look over the recent threads on rocker arms. You might look farther than this forum also. Doing your homework can save you money, time and broken parts. If you can find a good LS valvetrain person, ask him for advice.
