Default Smog numbers

I have a question reguarding the numbers mine seem high for a stock 2001 M6 Camaro SS. No mods and only 27000 miles and owned it from day one.
TEST--RPM-%CO2--%O2-----HC (PPM)---------CO%---------NO (PPM)
MEAS-MEAS-MEAS-MAX-AVE-MEAS-MAX-AVE-MEAS-MAX-AVE-MEAS
15MPH 1295--14.4--0.3----51---4----34---0.48-0.01-0.04--419--16--212

25MPH 2034--14.4--0.2----35---4----18---0.46-0.01-0.02--706--18--229

Car passed numbers seem high to me.

What numbers is everyone else putting up?

Okay so I got my smog results today. Do these numbers seem a bit off?

RPM--Co2----O2-----HC PPM----------CO%-------NO PPM----
MEAS MEAS MEAS MAX AVE MEAS MAX AVE MEAS MAX AVE MEAS
1257--13.8---0.9--51---4----4---0.48-0.01-0.00-419--16---18
2076--14.1---0.4--35---4----3---0.46-0.01-0.01-706--18---22

Oh...time to put some longtubes and a lid in!

Seems like the max allowed is way above the average. What's the reason for that? Because LS1s are just pretty clean burning for the class it was in?

Mine are almost identical for my 02 Z28 with shorties, stock cats, bigger y-pipe, intake, 160 therm., TB bypass, and FRA. Only difference is on your HC (ppm) 2nd meas. Those are MUCH higer than mine. My HC (PPM) went like this:15mph 51 4 7
25mph 35 4 7

Then again I know at least one of my cats was replaced back when the car was still under warranty and I still have that recall notice that says i get free cats if mine ever die.
