Does it require a tune? I don't think so at all, but you would probably notice a bit more after the tune, especially with your other mods. But it is just a bolt-on replacement as long as you figure out what your gonna do with your egr tube.

Conan is completely right...
If your going to get it tuned anyway, just put the ls6 intake mani on there and then opt for the tune. It's not going to hurt anything without one, just like putting on headers and such. I need a tune, but I'm waiting until I get my cam/stall put in. U could go ahead and get it tuned, but you will notice a little better gain if you tune it afterwards. I can't forsee you having any problems though.

You will not NEED at tune, but to recognize the gains you will want one. Also they will be more pronounced if you install this with headers or with a cam at the same time, etc.

do you mean you have a tune right now? and your only change will be the LS6 intake? it will probably run a tad leaner, and a tune (on top of the one you have?) wont do a whole lot, if you have one already though.......
