Default need help with wireng

i finished pulling my motor out today and when i pullet the wire harness off i have noticed one wire was cut. it is the red wire going toward the driver side front o2 sensor.

if somebody can help me out i would really appreciate it.

does your alternator still have the plug attached?

yea. and the alternator wire is much thicker then this one.

are you talking about the one that comes from the battery or the 5volt exciter wire that comes from the computer? on mine the alternator regulator plug is the only wire that goes down with the o2 plug.

That's the wire that tells your alternator to charge. You probably still have the plug stuck in the alternator.

^^ yea you are right. i looked at the alternator today. thanks again for the help. it is much easier to solve the problem now then when the motor is in.
