What do you want to know? The bottom one, ASP Harmonic underdrive balancer is what most of us call the underdrive pulley. The two cheaper ones are for the alternator, you have the option of running a stock alternator pulley (which will underdrive it 25% i believe) or running an overdrive pulley to bring it back to its normal operating speed. The underdrive alternator pulley i guess would apply to race applications that dont really need an alternator much.
The AC belt you need if you want AC, thats straight forward. The main serpentine belt though, it depends on which alternator pulley you decide to go with (or stay stock) since each should in theory require a different belt.
An yeah you might get 10whp. Maybe more, maybe less. Never got a chance to dyno mine again.
