Do I look too lean?

You can only get good data from a plug by installing a new set after the car is warmed up, do a WOT blast then shut it down and remove the plugs. Any idling will change the way the plug looks.
I then look at the heat mark on the electrode and cut the threaded portion off of the plug to view the insulator.
If that plug was done how I describe it is rich as hell.

They look similar to mine. I am not a plug reading genius but i think mine looked like that because i leaned my tune a bit when not in boost.I believe the whiter the leaner. And the darker the richer.Mine is around 15:1-16:1 when not in boost and when in boost i see anywhere from 10:5 to 11:5 in boost and that is with 20 degrees of timing and pump gas.So i would agree with the idling changing the color

LOL. Very true. If that was after a WOT pull its really rich.
