Default opinions of these wheels on my car

I am about to purchase some 18s for my car and decided on ROH RT rims, I was going to go with chrome but they have this finish called black ice here are the pics

and they are going on this

Just wondered if they would look good or better than chrome

I have seen the "black ice" finish in person and pictures do not do it justice. It looks very nice...I would say it is for someone that is tired of chrome. It doesn't look better, just different. I wanted centers in that finish with a polished lip, which they don't do...

Damn man your TA is awesome....I am not a fan of those wheels at all since they don't have a lip and don't look very muscular IMO

I think you should've just bought a ta instead of ruining a formula.

I didnt ruin a formula there is nothing wrong with what I have done and exactly how have I ruined it I merely enhanced the looks it already had the only piece missing is my front wings west ground effect(which is getting repainted), so you probably think i bought the t/a hatch and side skirts and all I need is a front bumper huh well To each there own I made my choice for my car and there is nothing ruined about it

I've always liked the formulas more than the T/A's because of the more rounded "buff" look with some solid tires under them plus I like the foglight arrangement better too. I think yours is looking a little too much like a T/A in that it has the side skirts which dont flow well with the front and rear bumpers...but thats just my 2 cents..

Regarding the wheels, the ROH wheels wouldn't be my first choice but they will be better than what you've got. The wheels/tires would be more "flush" with the fender openings and would give a better stance.

I think they look ok, but not very different from your current chromies. If you're going aftermarket, go with something that's a little further away from stock IMO.

I like the other ROH wheels better, but hey, you are the man to please.
