That's right, some ******* merged into my lane and smashed into my rear quarter panel, and to add insult to injury he's trying to say it was my fault. Tell me how my rear fender ran into his front end? I just got a quote today and there's $670 worth of damage. I'll take some pics and post them if it ever stops ******* raining!!! I've got a lake in my back seat too! Damn leaking t-tops. lol

Sucks on the damage. Yeah last Wed. I had to wet/dry vac my car, I have roll down windows, it was coming down so hard I didn't want to pull over out in the country, but I had about 2" of water where my back seats used to be.

Damn that sucks! Be careful because its easier to believe that YOU merged into his lane because he was in your blindspot, thus hitting his front end, then him being blind enough not to see you in front of him while merging into your lane.

Yeah that's normally the case, but this was at a stop light and he was ahead of me. What happened was I was at the intersection of 436 and Westmonte. The road next to the old Bennigen's in Altamonte. The road goes from 1 lane to 3 lanes, 1 goes straight and 2 turn left onto 436. I was going straight, and he was turing left. He was ahead of me while I was driving down Westmonte. He was already stopped in the outside turn lane when I came up to the light. His land had 7-8 cars in front of him, and the inside turn lane only had 1 or 2. He desided that he was going to pull into the other turn lane to get ahead of the line, and as he pulled out I was already coming to a stop in the lane to go straight. Now where he was the road had only widened up to about 2 lanes. So when he pulled out he hit me, in my lane.

Car ins companys dont argue bought simple acidents like this. Jis will fix yours and yours will fix his.
Get his ins company's name policy number and call them they will tell you get a estimate and they will mail you a check.
