Where to go in OKC (OK) for FI information?
I just bought this ($4,900): https://ls1tech.com/forums/lsx-parts...-upgrades.html
And I live in OKC.
I plan on rebuilding my stock 346 and putting a good set of rods and pistons.
I might completely redo it since we own a engine shop in OKC and parts are cheap and labor is free.
But I need somewhere to go for information and tuning and what not.

I know Brett at XP in OKC has tuned quite a few boosted ls1 applications. One was a forged 396 with a D1SC made just over 770 rwhp and about the same torque.
It's xp racing I think in OKC, used to be extreme performance if I am reacalling correctly. Anyways give Brett a call.

I also know of another shop. Quality Custom Racing, are those guys petty good?
I am mainly looking for someone to Point me in the right direction of what parts to buy and get. I will do the motor and all the work myself at your engine shop, and then I will need someone to tune it.

I think I will check into XP Racing for sure.
But this is what I am looking for guys, maybe you can point me in the right direction.
I'm not sure what I want to do with the motor yet, I have thought about just doing rods/pistons and leaving it stock. And I have thought about doing it ALL. Now the reason I thought about leaving it stock is, I want this car to run on 91' pump gas, and pump gas only. No meth, No alky.
I know that limits its power and all but I dont want to run special gas in a car I like to drive A Lot.
So what are my limits considering I want to run 91' pump gas?

Everyone wants to make power on 91...noone wants to pop an engine. With the sh*t gas we have in Oklahoma METH IS YOUR FRIEND. Or dial back the boost and be content.
If you want to build the motor you can do it pretty cheap. A stock crank and budget forged rods/pistons with some ARP hardware will get it done for your power goals. Hell, the stock motor will get it done if you wanted to leave it alone.
Local forum is okgmp dot com Come on over!
