I did a little searching, all I could find was that someone had a vehicle light and it turned out one of his taillights was out or something.
Maybe take it to a dealership and see if they will scan it for free?

The Service Vehicle Light has nothing to do with the engine, There is something wrong with your traction control or ABS systerm, or somthing in the chassis. You will have to bring it to a GM dealership to get it checked out, unless you know someone that has a TECH 2.
